OSM was re-validated under new registrar (QMI SAI Global) to the ISO9001:2008. In addition OSM was newly validated under the ISO13485:2001 standard for medical device manufacturing. The successful validation processes were based on a concerted team effort across the entire OSM staff.
QMI SAI-Global was chosen as OSM Technologies new ISO registrar. This enables a seemless process in maintaining our current ISO9001:2008 certification along with moving toward ISO13485:2001.
OSM has added to its equipment portfolio, both a new CNC lathe and CMM. Our new Haas SL40 big bore (6.5″) CNC lathe enhancesOSM’s turning capabilities. Additionally OSM acquired a new Brown & Sharpe CMM with scanning head technology. This new CMM addition compliments an already extremely capable array of CMM capabilities.
