OSM has procured a new HAAS VF5 CNC Mill to expand our capability and capacity for general manufacturing.

To support our medical customers needs OSM has recently acquired a STAR ECAS 20 10 axis Swiss turn center, 5th axis HAAS VF3 CNC Mill, and a Taylor-Hobson Talyrond for precision roundness measuring. In addition (2) centrifugal polishing machines have been ordered and awaiting deliveries. OSM will continue to expand our medical services equipment set to both enhance capabilities and increase capacity.

OSM's new facility in Leander, Texas is now ISO9001 certified to the new 2008 standard. The website certificate links will be updated once the new certificate becomes available. If verification is needed in advance of the new certificate being published, please contact OSM and a temporary document can be provided.

OSM's goal is to provide continuous improvements to our QMS system to better serve out customer. We are currently scheduled to undergo the ISO13485 certification in the August-Sept '09 timeframe.
