One Source Manufacturing was established in 1997 as a precision manufacturer of semiconductor service products.
We became ISO9001:1994 certified in 2001, upgraded to the ISO9001:2000 in 2003 and achieved ISO9001:2008 in 2009. OSM most recently became ISO13485:2003 certified in 2010.
Even though the company was founded with only one industry as a target market, OSM has focused on diversification of our customer portfolio across multiple business sectors. To accomplish this, we expanded our precision machine capabilities across nearly all grades of engineered polymers and metal alloys.
In addition, we have expanded our capabilities across all business functions, including implementations of an advanced ERP and QMS systems.
In early 2009, OSM relocated to our new production facility with
expanded production and quality control capabilities.
In 2010 OSM established SkeletalFX Manufacturing as a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to orthopedic medical device manufacturing.
